About the role

Quick Commerce (Q - Commerce), is a revolutionary e-commerce business model that focuses on ultra-fast delivery of goods and services to make on-demand delivery and innovations in last-mile delivery a reality. It seamlessly blends traditional commerce practices with cutting-edge technologies to deliver orders right to your doorstep in less than an hour.

We are looking for a Marketing Manager (Q-Commerce / Grocery) to be based in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur. This is a strategic level position, reporting into the Head of Campaign.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Q-commerce business within the marketing team.
  • Work in close collaboration with local commercial team and regional marketing team.
  • Take ownership for budget planning and meeting business targets.
  • Identify short-term and long-term opportunities, set the strategy with the Marketing Director, develop strategic marketing plan and create platforms to deliver on main OKRs.
  • Plan and manage campaign execution online/offline for the Q-Commerce business. Own and track budget for all offline Marketing activities. 360 conceptual thinking for campaigns executed online and offline.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaign results and continuously optimize spend and performance against targets.
  • Gain competitive and customer insights and benchmark marketing strategies against our competition.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business administration or related field, Master\'s is preferred.
  • Over 5 - 7 years\' experience in marketing / brand marketing with experience in growth driven campaign planning and execution.
  • Experience in working closely with sales/commercial teams to drive joint business plans with clients.
  • Q-commerce, retail, or FMCG experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience working in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
  • Able to work cohesively, detail-oriented, organized with the ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to create local campaigns relevant for local consumers.
