Social Media & Digital Ads Management

Platform Strategy & Content:

Develop and manage compelling content strategies for major platforms including

TikTok, Xiaohongshu (XHS), Facebook, and Instagram

, ensuring brand consistency and maximizing reach.

Paid Ads Execution:

Design, launch, and monitor performance-based advertising campaigns across all specified social platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads).

Performance Analysis:

Track, measure, and analyze the performance of all digital marketing initiatives, providing clear reports and actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
Leads & Sales Funnel Management

Leads Management:

Oversee the entire lead generation and nurturing process from initial capture through conversion, ensuring timely follow-up and high-quality data management.

Conversion Optimization:

Work to continuously improve click-through rates, conversion rates, and the overall efficiency of our marketing funnels.
Offline Events & Branding

Event Planning & Execution:

Take full ownership of planning, coordinating, and executing successful offline marketing events (e.g., workshops, product launches, brand experiences) designed to attract and engage target audiences.

Vendor Management:

Source and manage external vendors, venues, and logistics required for seamless event delivery.
Leadership Collaboration

Strategic Alignment:

Work in

close partnership with the CEO/Boss

to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and sales targets.

Budget Management:

Manage marketing budgets for ads and events effectively, ensuring a strong ROI on all expenditures.
