Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in marketing, preferably in food, hospitality or F&B.
- Good communication, creative thinking.
- Know digital marketing (social media, Google Ads etc.).
- Basic design or able to work with designers/photographers
- Plan and run marketing campaigns (online & offline) to promote Lynn's Catering.
- Handle social media, update company website, and manage digital marketing activities.
- Track and review advertising performance.
- Ensure marketing effectiveness in packaging, printing, branding, and promotional materials.
- Work closely with sales and operations team to understand customer needs.
- Organise events, food tasting sessions, and promotions.
- Keep track of market trends, competitors, and customer feedback.
- Prepare marketing performance reports and manage marketing budget.
