Job Description

We're looking for a

Marketing Manager

to lead and grow our brand presence in the Web3 and institutional market. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, driving digital engagement, and organizing impactful events to build awareness, credibility, and relationships with key institutional clients.

This is a

strategic yet hands-on role

for someone who can operate independently, think creatively, and turn ideas into measurable results. You'll work closely with the leadership and product teams to position the company as a trusted name in the evolving Web3 landscape.

Key Responsibilities



Digital Marketing:

Plan and execute strategies for SEO, social media, email outreach, and content distribution across LinkedIn, Instagram, and X (Twitter).

Content Creation:

Develop marketing materials such as brochures, blog posts, website updates, presentations, and visuals that strengthen brand storytelling.

Campaigns:

Design and manage B2B marketing campaigns across digital, print, and offline channels.

Partnerships:

Identify and collaborate with media owners, Web3 communities, and ecosystem partners to expand brand reach.

Events & Engagement:

Organize and manage marketing events, industry conferences, and roadshows to promote products and services.

Market Feedback:

Work closely with the product team to provide insights and feedback from clients and campaigns for continuous improvement.

Performance Tracking:

Measure, report, and optimize marketing activities for visibility, engagement, and conversion.

Job Requirements



3-6 years of experience in marketing, communications, or brand management -- ideally within Web3, fintech, or institutional finance. Proven experience in B2B or institutional client marketing and community engagement. Strong understanding of digital assets, blockchain trends, and institutional markets. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Creative, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Willingness to travel locally and internationally when required.

Preferred Skills



Familiarity with Web3, blockchain, or crypto ecosystems. Basic design skills using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, or Canva. Experience in vendor management, pricing strategy, or media planning. Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, results-driven attitude. Ability to converse in

Mandarin

is an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
