Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Facebook Advertising:

Plan, create, and manage high-performing Facebook ad campaigns. Optimize advertisements for maximum reach and ROI. Analyze ad performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
2. Content Creation:

Develop compelling and engaging content in Mandarin for various platforms. Produce creative posts, articles, and visual content to drive audience engagement. Collaborate with the team to align content with marketing objectives.
3. Digital Marketing Strategy:

Manage and optimize campaigns on platforms such as Google SEO, TikTok, and other social media channels. Monitor digital marketing trends and incorporate best practices. Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns to achieve business goals.
4. Relationship Marketing:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Understand the needs of the training and consulting market to tailor marketing efforts effectively.
5. Brand Management:

Ensure consistent branding across all marketing channels. Identify opportunities for collaborations, partnerships, and sponsorships.
6. Market Research & Analytics:

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends. Monitor campaign results and prepare detailed reports for management.

Requirements:

Proven experience in Facebook advertising and digital marketing campaigns. Proficiency in content creation, especially in Mandarin. Strong understanding of SEO, TikTok, and other social media platforms. Experience in the training and consulting industry is highly desirable. Analytical skills to interpret data and drive marketing decisions. Creativity and ability to develop innovative marketing ideas. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
