JOB SPECIFICATION Job Title MARKETING & MULTIMEDIA INTERN Area / Professional Discipline BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, SALES & MARKETING Department GROWTH & MARKETING Reporting to MARKETING EXECUTIVE JOB RESPONSIBILITY 1. Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns. 2. Perform market analysis and research on competition. 3. Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks. 4. Assist in preparing, contributing, marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g., social media, direct mail, email, phone calls, website, etc.). 5. Monitoring and managing the company\xe2\x80\x99s social media platforms. 6. Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems
(CRM). 7. Help to assist in organizing marketing events (Face to Face and Online Events). 8. Graphics design and video editing. 9. Participate in project and team meetings. 10. To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned. JOB AUTHORITY JOB REQUIREMENT Education Background Minimum Diploma Years of Experience No experience required SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
a. Creative and interested in producing creative contents. b. Initiative and good in decision making. c. Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills. d. Skills in project management. e. Communicating, maintaining and developing client relationships. f. Skills in capturing and editing pictures and videos. g. Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event management. h. Outstanding communication and negotiation ability. i. Customer service orientation. j. Teamwork and leadership skills. k. Good multitasking and organizational skills. l. An ability to work and stay calm under pressure and keep to deadlines. m. Good learning skills and able to learn new things such as new systems, services, etc. n. Experienced in Canva or any other creative content platform. o. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
a. Achieve monthly and annual number of events to be conducted. b. To ensure that each event achieve its objectives and target turn up rate. c. To ensure that the team achieve its monthly and annual targeted audience marketing and awareness. Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months Salary: RM600.00 per month Benefits:
