JOB DESCRIPTION:

Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies to promote the company's hotel and hostel brands, products, and services. Develop and implement promotional activities to increase brand awareness and occupancy across various channels, including social media, online travel platforms, and print media. Manage and monitor digital marketing campaigns, including social media posts, online advertisements, email marketing, and website content updates. Coordinate photography, videography, and other creative materials for marketing and promotional use. Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, promotions, and room packages, and prepare performance reports with improvement recommendations. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and new marketing opportunities. Collaborate closely with the sales and operations team to ensure consistent brand messaging and successful execution of promotional plans. Assist in creating internal marketing materials, brochures, and visual content for display and distribution.

REQUIREMENTS:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field. Minimum

1 year of working experience

in marketing, preferably in the

hospitality, tourism, or service industry

. Strong understanding of

digital marketing and social media management

. Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under minimal supervision. Good time management and multitasking skills, with the ability to meet deadlines. Excellent communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with different departments. Proficiency in

Canva / Photoshop / social media tools

will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
