• Analyze trends, brand awareness, and competition risks through market research and analysis.
• Conduct questionnaires to gain insights into customer preferences and requirements.
• Develop copywriting for brochures, web pages, press releases, and other platforms.
• Utilize metrics to monitor promotional activities and prepare performance reports.
• Collaborate with managers to prepare marketing budgets and manage expenses.
• Use external editing software to edit visual content for social media platforms.
• Apply software for simple photo editing to improve visual appeal on social media.
• Utilize social platforms to communicate with customers and gather feedback.
