Marketing Officer (mandarin Speaker)

Job Description
Salary offered : RM3,000 - RM3,500 per month
Location: Jalan 13/6 46200 Petaling Jaya, Selangor
Working hour : Monday to Friday, 8 hours
Contract duration: 12 months contract under PERSOLKELLY (can convert to permanent)
Job responsibilities:
- Implement a holistic user journey in the country towards retail partners and end-user based on global brand strategy and marketing concepts.
- Plan & execute local campaigns and activations on the applicable offline and online touchpoints.
- Require online media activation, local agency management.
- Close collaboration with different Business Units and external agencies.
- Contribute to the development of promotions in collaboration with the responsible Marketing manager.
- Proofreading and local adaptations of marketing assets.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in marketing or related field.
- Have 1 - 3 years experience in Sales & Marketing (online & offline).
- Fluent is English
- Good knowledge of Marketing know-how along all Ps
- Result oriented
- Strong user centered approach
- Strong digital mindset
- Analytical Skill and Data based: thinks systematically, translates insights into action
- Right communication skills to make topic understood in the broader context of Marketing, Sales and User journey management
