- Plan and execute offline marketing activities including events, roadshows, exhibitions and promotional activities.
- Coordinate print advertisements, brochures, flyers, posters and other offline marketing materials.
- Manage outdoor advertising such as billboards, buntings and signage placements.
2. Brand Activations & Promotions
- Work with the marketing team to develop creative offline activation ideas.
- Ensure brand presence at relevant community events, trade shows and partnerships.
- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and external partners to deliver campaigns on time and within budget. 3. Partnership & Vendor Management
- Liaise with event organizers, media partners and vendors to secure the best deals and exposure.
- Negotiate rates and manage contracts for offline marketing activities.
4. Reporting & Analysis
- Monitor and track offline marketing campaign performance.
- Prepare post-event reports and suggest improvements for future activities.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in offline marketing, events or related roles
- Strong organizational, project management and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
- Knowing additional languages is a plus.
- Local candidates are preferred
