- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, or a Related Field;
- Previous Experience in E-Commerce Operations or a Similar Role is Preferred;
- Excellent English Communication Skills (Written & Spoken);
- Precision, Attention to Detail, and Adaptability;
- Proficiency in Office Software, Especially Excel and Powerpoint;
- Interest or Experience in Marketing is a Plus.
- Activity Coordination: Help Organize and Execute Platform Activities, Including Promotions.
- User Support: Assist With Common User Inquiries and Provide Basic Support.
- Data Tracking: Monitor and Collect Operational Data; Generate Basic Reports.
- Event Setup: Configure and Update Events on The App Daily.
- Marketing Support: Assist With Basic Marketing Tasks, Such as Preparing Content for Promotions or Supporting Social Media Initiatives.
- Team Support: Assist With Other Operational Tasks as Needed and Coordinate With Different Departments.
