Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, or a Related Field;
• Previous Experience in E-Commerce Operations or a Similar Role is Preferred;
• Excellent English Communication Skills (Written & Spoken);
• Precision, Attention to Detail, and Adaptability;
• Proficiency in Office Software, Especially Excel and Powerpoint;
• Interest or Experience in Marketing is a Plus.

Responsibilities

• Activity Coordination: Help Organize and Execute Platform Activities, Including Promotions.
• User Support: Assist With Common User Inquiries and Provide Basic Support.
• Data Tracking: Monitor and Collect Operational Data; Generate Basic Reports.
• Event Setup: Configure and Update Events on The App Daily.
• Marketing Support: Assist With Basic Marketing Tasks, Such as Preparing Content for Promotions or Supporting Social Media Initiatives.
• Team Support: Assist With Other Operational Tasks as Needed and Coordinate With Different Departments.
