Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing (Digital & Offline)
Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote clinic services and packages.
? Craft and manage the monthly content calendar with posting guidelines for all platforms.
? Write copywriting and short scripts for XiaoHongShu, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook etc.
? Create visual materials including flyers, leaflets, buntings, and social media postings.
? Shoot and edit videos with doctors (e.g. promotions, awareness content, clinic updates).
? Edit and upload content on XiaoHongShu, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook etc; monitor
comments and DMs.
? Track competitor promotions, services, and prices, and provide simple reports.
? Update clinic website with latest content (doctor profiles, promotions, packages).
? Organize and maintain a content library (photos, videos, design files).
? Liaise with external vendors for design, printing, and other marketing requirements
2. Operations Support
? Liaise with doctors and outlet staff to ensure smooth implementation of marketing
activities.
? Prepare clinic materials such as SOP posters, WhatsApp quick replies, and calendars.
? Draft patient communication templates for use in WhatsApp and social media.
? Handle enquiries received through WhatsApp and social media.
Requirements
? Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent.
? 1-3 years of experience in marketing or related fields preferred.
? Familiar with digital marketing and social media content creation.
? Basic design and video editing skills required.
? Good communication, coordination, and organizational abilities.
? Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 45 per week
