Key Responsibilities

Event Planning & Execution

Plan, coordinate, and execute events from concept to completion--ensuring smooth logistics, engaging experiences, and brand consistency.

Campaign Collaboration

Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to develop compelling promotional content (copywriting, visuals, and videos) for events and digital campaigns.

Project & Operations Management

Manage project timelines, coordinate with vendors, and oversee campaign logistics to ensure timely, efficient execution.

Partnership Building

Build and nurture relationships with corporate partners, particularly in support of wellness and health initiatives.

Community Engagement

Plan and execute email campaigns (eDMs) for our patient community--from ideation to content creation, testing, and scheduling.

Performance Monitoring

Track key metrics for events and campaigns, and assist with reporting, analysis, and administrative tasks.

Special Projects

Support the Marketing Manager with ad hoc marketing initiatives and business-aligned projects.

What We're Looking For

A team player with strong coordination and communication skills Organized, proactive, and able to multitask with attention to detail Creative thinker with a passion for wellness and community engagement Experience in events, marketing coordination, or content creation is preferred Familiarity with eDM tools, social media platforms, and project timelines is a plus

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
