• Assist in the planning, development and implementation of digital acquisition campaigns for Micro, Small Medium Enterprises (MSME) businesses;
• To complete campaign fulfillment on monthly basis by dealing with multiple stakeholders (marketing, data and finance);
• Assist in suggesting new opportunities and awareness on the latest market and industry developments/trends to increase revenues/financing growth of the segment/organisation;
• Assist in tracking, compiling and preparing the performance statistic for all campaigns that are being launched through partnership and in-house;
• Assist in coordination with business units for the execution of digital acquisition campaigns and initiatives;

• Assist in campaign development from conceptualisation (with the support of internal creative team) to full campaign deployment across all marketing channels: i.e. Print, Radio, EDM, Digital, SMS, on-ground, and social platforms;
• Supporting the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives;
• Managing data quality, reporting, and systems such as CRM, messaging platforms, and automation software;
• Creating and maintaining operating manuals, user guides, sales collaterals, and process flows to ensure accuracy and consistency;
• Playing a key role in sales and operations planning by analyzing data and generating insights to drive sales growth;
• To attend to any other ad hoc tasks assigned as and when required.

• Undergraduates/ final year student in a degree in Business / Marketing or any related field.
• Proactive, independent, results-oriented and a highly motivated self-starter.
• Value-adding team player and able to work as a team with good interpersonal skills.
• Excellent planning, organization and time management skills with strong follow-through abilities.
• Highly creative with experience in planning and executing campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
• Strong command of written and oral English. Good command of written and oral Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia will be a plus.
• Possess good communication styles and is able to leverage on the team\'s abilities.
• Able to work starting from mid April 2023 until May 2023 (may be extended depends on needs)
