Job Responsibilities : This role will be a trusted member for Razer Gold Marketing, supporting leadership and marketing teams in Asia, Americas, Europe and Middle East, and will have wide ranging responsibilities including driving and tracking strategic business and marketing goals and objectives whilst supporting and planning daily marketing operation. The individual must have experience in collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and have strong strategic mindset and communication skills. The candidate should have attention to detail, be open minded to challenge the status quo, and work with a rapidly changing environment whilst inspiring excellence from every stakeholders, including business partners. The individual will work closely with Razer Gold\'s Global Head of Marketing, regional business and marketing teams, business development, product, engineering, and operations team of Razer Gold. Partner with the Global Head of Marketing in developing strategy, communication and operations plans, monitoring executions, tracking, and reporting framework. Manage, participate, monitor, track and report on all aspects of marketing operations, including business activities and performance, and marketing key performance indicators and budget management. Plan and coordinate various advertising and promotional campaigns, events, and other related activities with internal global and regional marketing teams, and partners. Assist in operationalizing marketing teams\' strategy across functions and regions and ensure organizational alignment. Track and communicate status of strategic initiatives and priorities. Assist in project managing if required. Ensure team collaboration and excellence to achieve shared outcomes and objectives. Schedule and participate in Marketing leadership and recurring meetings to ensure effective marketing planning, strategy alignment, and team effectiveness. Assist in monitoring, supporting, and advancing team culture, communication and collaboration. Pre-Requisites : 5-7 years of experience in Marketing Operations or similar role BA in Marketing, Digital Marketing or similar relevant field Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skill Good analytical skills, capable of doing in-depth analysis, to provide insights to customer trends, market needs and possible packages to address gaps identified Experience in working with international partners and multi-country partnership Experience in managing a diverse set of internal and external partners Proficiency in Powerpoint, Excel, BI tools, and documentation Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company\'s success Critical thinker and problem-solving skills Team player, and also able to work independently Able to work under pressure and tight timeline Able to work well in a complex, results-focused environment Passionate in gaming and about the gaming industry.
