Process the account related requests in SFDC in a timely manner
Evaluate and process the various requests related to SFDC in an organized manner.
Communicate SFDC related matters with Sales
Prepare reports related to Sales Management Process (SMP) and/or SFDC
Support other requests as per requested by management
Based on the good understanding of business and operational expectation, heads up to support Senior Manager so that SMP team can organize and manage the expectations from the company and existing resources in a structured manner and deliver the above mentioned values in a sustainable manner.
