The Marketing & Product Executive (Outbound Travel Agency) will play a
strategic role
in developing and implementing immersive, engaging marketing campaigns and events designed to create memorable travel experiences for customers. This position requires a balance of
strategic planning, creativity, and execution skills
. You will lead a marketing team, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and drive the success of both product and experiential marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Campaign Management
Develop, plan, and execute integrated marketing strategies, campaigns, and events that enhance the company's brand and customer experience.
Oversee digital, social media, and offline marketing activities to drive awareness and sales.
Create compelling travel promotions, seasonal campaigns, and product launches to attract target markets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to refine marketing strategies.
Product Development & Management
Collaborate with internal teams to design and package unique travel products that align with customer preferences and market demands.
Ensure travel products are competitive, innovative, and deliver high value to customers.
Manage product lifecycle from ideation, development, pricing, and promotion to post-campaign analysis.
Leadership & Collaboration
Lead, motivate, and mentor the marketing team to achieve departmental goals.
Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Business Development teams to align marketing strategies with overall company objectives.
Coordinate with external vendors, partners, and media agencies for joint promotions and campaigns.
Performance Measurement
Set clear KPIs for marketing campaigns and track ROI, customer engagement, and sales impact.
Prepare regular reports and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Tourism, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.
Proven track record in campaign management, experiential marketing, and product development.
Strong leadership, project management, and team management skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinker with the ability to translate ideas into actionable campaigns.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics, and social media platforms.
