The Job at a Glance
As a Marketing Program Manager, you will take charge of both digital and offline marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include providing strategic planning and execution for all marketing programs, setting campaign strategies across different channels, and collaborating with stakeholders to develop marketing investment recommendations. You will manage diverse digital marketing activities, from conceptualization to execution, including SEO, paid marketing, design, and lead generation. Other responsibilities include deploying marketing standard methodologies for segmentation, targeting, and positioning to acquire and retain customers and leading cross-functional teams in decision making. Qualifications include a Bachelor\'s or Graduate\'s Degree in business or STEM-related fields, SEO and paid marketing experience, and strong cross-functional project management skills.
Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of both digital and offline marketing initiatives.
  • Provide strategic and operational planning and execution for all marketing programs.
  • Set strategy for marketing campaigns across a range of channels including online display, search, and social media.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and execute on Marketing investment recommendations.
  • Taking charge of managing diverse digital marketing activities, including SEO, paid marketing, design, and lead generation, from conceptualization to execution.
  • Implementing data-driven performance tracking methods, covering metrics including but not limited to ROAS, CPL, CAC, and lifetime value.
  • Cultivate and maintain a clear understanding of different target persona, messaging, and value propositions.
  • Define and deliver programs that engage and grow healthcare providers.
  • Provide support to offline marketing efforts such ensuring efficient logistics, design, and production of marketing materials.
  • Collaborating closely with the sales team to optimize patient referrals, from lead generation to program enrollment.
  • Create wireframes and collaborate with designers and web developers for launching landing pages.
  • Maintain a calendar of marketing activities and ensure tasks/deadlines, and SLAs are met.
  • Ensure the effective and efficient management of time and priorities as well as consistent alignment of the overall leadership team.
  • Capture action items and ensure follow through for cross-functional teams.
  • Leverage campaign results to continually improve campaign structure, targeting, and messaging to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Create and manage email marketing programs that support various stages of the lead journey, such as monthly newsletters, lead nurturing programs, product announcements, system triggered announcements, customer usage data and personas.
  • Act as with the markets on programs, ongoing business, project updates, changes, requests, etc.
  • Deploy marketing standard methodologies for segmentation, targeting, and positioning to acquire and retain customers. define and deploy differentiated value offers and go-to market strategies.
This is a fully-remote role.
Education
Bachelor\'s Degree in Business, Marketing or any STEM-related field. Preferably a Master\'s Degree, but not required.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Background in SEO, Paid marketing, and web analytics is a must.
  • Additional channel experience such as email, social media, funnel marketing is a plus.
  • Understanding with core web technologies such as HTML, CSS, Responsive Design, Javascript is a must.
  • Background in doing both B2C and B2B marketing.
  • Experience in CRM sales monitoring processes, encompassing MQL, SQL, and closure of deals.
  • Strong cross-functional project management background.
  • Project experience in launching websites, covering various stages such as wireframes, design, staging, and deployment to live environment.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and leadership skills alongside prioritization and product knowledge.
  • Comfortable onboarding and assisting with decision making using confidence and a positive attitude.
  • Is a natural problem solver with sound business acumen and time management skills.
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision as necessary, and alternately work cohesively within a team environment.
  • Possess a positive, enthusiastic and energetic attitude.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels of management.
  • Willing to work during US work hours.
