Execute project activities across multiple initiatives (e.g. health campaigns, partnerships, social media) according to agreed timelines.
Plan and schedule project timelines including campaign calendars, event dates, and material dispatch deadlines.
Coordinate logistics and operations by ensuring timely preparation and distribution of materials to outlets and partners.
Communicate with outlets, HQ teams, and external partners via email, WhatsApp, and meetings to align on project execution.
Draft and review public-facing content such as social media posts, WhatsApp messages, and campaign visuals for accuracy and compliance.
Implement marketing actions (e.g., promotions, campaigns, collaborations) that support achievement of project KPIs.
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports on project performance, highlighting achievements, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
Review project outcomes with manager and recommend adjustments to action plans based on performance data.
Maintain proper documentation of project approvals, communications, and campaign materials for compliance and audit purposes.
Support cross-project execution by adapting to new assignments and ensuring consistent delivery standards across all Professional Care & Development initiatives.
