Marketing Promoter

Aeon Mall Nilai , Bandar Baru Nilai , Mitsui Outlet Park & Kipmall Kota Warisan

Responsibilities:

Promote and demonstrate beauty products to customers at events, roadshows, or in-store. Engage with customers to create brand awareness and drive sales. Provide product knowledge and beauty tips to potential customers. Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain good customer relationships. Assist in setting up promotional displays and maintaining product presentation. Collect customer feedback and report market trends to the marketing team. Support marketing campaigns and brand activities when required.

Requirements:

Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification. Friendly, confident, and passionate about beauty and cosmetics. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and during promotional events. Experience in beauty, retail, or event promotion is an added advantage.
