Job scopes: - Creates marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules. - Ensures brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various company department members, including advertising, product development, and brand management. - Collects customer data and analyses interactions and visits, plus uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns - Reports progress to Head of Department (Marketing). - Grows and expands company social media presence into social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram - Researches and monitors the activity of company competitors. - Creates and distributes engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web pages, blog content, or social media messages. Skills to gain: - Interpersonal skills such as communication, conflict management, conflict resolution, and persuasion skills. - Real-job skills and experiences such as attending conventions and courtesy visits. - Technical skills such as copywriting skills, content creation, and social media strategizing. Contract and benefits: - One year (12 months) contract basis. - Permanent offers will be provided if protegees are deemed suitable and valuable. - RM1,800 allowance per month, EPF and SOCSO provided.

Fasih Mandarin\'s main services include offering certified Mandarin course to general public, conducting Corporate Training for local and international organizations , supplying Mandarin trainers as Course Collaboration to institutions, coaching entepreneurs for business deals with China and doing translation for both spoken and written Mandarin. With the passing rate of 100% and over 5000 students registered with Fasih Mandarin, we aim to be the biggest Mandarin Language Institute in South East Asia and at the same time, working together with all qualified Mandarin trainers around the SEA to form a solid team.
