Providing the transparent information on the full scope of Marketing, Sales, Pricing and Logistics to Marketing and Sales Manager and team. Managing the cost structure of the Sales Force, contributing to identify, implement and follow-up sales efficiency initiatives. You will also showcase your expertise by recommending actions to improve financial performance of a specific Marketing, Sales, or Service organization, as applicable. The work model for the role is: #LI-hybrid This role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Buildings/Smart Power Business based at Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. You will be mainly accountable for: \xe2\x80\xa2 Supporting the implementation of the Global Division and BU strategies and ensures profitable growth in local markets, with focus on sales, price management cost control and productivity efficiency programs for the front-end sales organization. \xe2\x80\xa2 Overseeing the business planning and forecasting process for the area of responsibility. Evaluating financial implications of various strategic decisions, building scenarios, and recommending actions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring development of performance in line with global targets, monitoring the achievements and defining improvement actions as needed. Focusing on- Demand Orders, Demand Revenues, Operational Sales Expense, Overdues, NPV /E2E Margin, OpEBITDA Cash Flow, Balance Sheet (Provisions, Accruals, Inventory, Receivables, Payables). \xe2\x80\xa2 Cooperating with the GBS/COE, ensuring high quality of financial data reporting in line with Group Accounting, Reporting Guidelines, accounting principles and financial closing schedules. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring and supporting accuracy and effectiveness of commercial processes including, Market price positioning, customer segmentation, sales price management (NPV), Margin maximization, Credit policy and collection management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Driving cross functional collaboration and process improvement with shared service centers, GBS, COE. Ensure quality and accuracy of information reported in the various group tools (eg: ATLAS, rBook, Abacus). \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring risk management processes (e.g.: risk reviews, SOX, internal process) are consistently implemented. Communicating early warnings and escalating potential risks when identified. \xe2\x80\xa2 Supporting and ensuring a safe working environment, continuous HSE improvement.
