Kelayakan

• Min Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia (both spoken and written).
• 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Tanggungjawab

• Proactively identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Well versed with JTK/Labour laws and recruitment practices.
• Prepare and present professional proposals, quotations, and solutions that align with client needs.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals, and consistently achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and successful service delivery.
• Organize client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
• Understand client challenges and deliver customized, value-driven solutions.
