Job Details

Position: Marketing & Sales Executive
Salary: RM3,100 - RM5,800
Location: No. 17, Jalan 4/1A, Seksyen 4, 43650 Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor

Working Days: Tuesday - Sunday (Monday Off)
Working Hours: 8.00 AM - 5.00 PM

As a Marketing & Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in driving brand growth and increasing sales through effective marketing strategies. You will oversee promotional campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, and customer engagement to boost brand awareness and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

1) Marketing & Branding

Develop and execute monthly and annual marketing plans that align with company goals. Design and manage promotional campaigns such as seasonal promotions, buffet packages, and special events. Create marketing materials including posters, banners, flyers, and digital ads. Manage and grow social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to increase brand presence.

2) Content Creation & Advertising

Produce engaging content, including copywriting, videos, and reels to captivate audiences. Plan and manage paid ads campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads). Host live sessions to promote the brand and interact directly with customers.

3) Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Maintain brand consistency and nurture customer relationships through CRM, WhatsApp, and email marketing. Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat purchases and loyalty.

4) Sales Development

Identify and secure new customers while managing and following up with leads until closing deals. Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and packages to potential clients. Support the operations team by strategizing upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

5) Reporting & Collaboration

Track and analyze marketing and sales performance through weekly and monthly reports. Collaborate closely with the Chef and Operation Manager to introduce and promote new menu offerings.

Requirements / Preferred Qualifications

1) Diploma holder or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
2) 2-5 years of working experience in marketing, sales, or within the F&B industry.
3) Strong communication and presentation skills, especially for live hosting sessions.
4) Candidates will be given a practical task during the second interview stage.
