We are seeking a

Marketing & Sales Executive

to lead marketing and sales efforts for a growing restaurant business.
This role requires a creative and results-driven individual who can develop strategies, execute promotional campaigns, and strengthen customer relationships to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

1) Develop monthly and annual marketing and sales strategies aligned with company goals.
2) Plan and execute promotional campaigns such as seasonal promotions, buffets, family packages, and lucky draws.
3) Create marketing materials including posters, banners, flyers, and digital ads, and manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
4) Produce copywriting and creative content (photos, videos, reels), manage paid advertisements (FB Ads, IG Ads, Google Ads), and host live sessions on social media.
5) Ensure consistent branding while managing customer engagement via CRM, WhatsApp, and email marketing.
6) Identify and secure new customers, follow up with prospects, close deals, and prepare quotations or proposals.
7) Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase loyalty and repeat orders.
8) Prepare weekly and monthly reports on marketing and sales performance.
9) Collaborate with the Chef and Operations Manager to promote new menus and products.
10) Support the operations team with upselling and cross-selling strategies.

Requirements / Preferred Qualifications

1) Diploma holder or equivalent qualification.
2) 2-5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or the F&B industry.
3) Candidates will be given a task during the second interview session.
