Key responsibilities
Generating new leads through channels like cold calling, email, and networking, as well as maintaining relationships with existing customers.
Presenting and demonstrating products or services to potential clients and explaining how they solve customer problems.
Negotiating prices, terms, and conditions to reach a mutually beneficial agreement and completing sales transactions.
Sales administration Maintaining accurate records in a CRM, preparing sales reports, and managing the sales pipeline.
Handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and processing returns or exchanges after the sale is made.
Common tasks and duties
Processing and fulfilling customer orders.
Attending trade shows, conferences, and other events to network and learn about industry trends.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
