About the role

Aladdin Properties Management Services' is seeking a talented Marketing & Sales Executive to join our team in Johor Bahru. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales and marketing objectives. As a Marketing & Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting our real estate services and properties to potential tenant in the Johor Bahru area.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote Aladdin Properties' services and properties Generating leads and nurturing relationships with potential tenant through various sales and marketing activities Conducting property viewings and presentations to showcase our offerings Negotiating and closing sales deals with clients Providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for our clients Collaborating with the marketing team to create engaging content and promotional materials Staying up-to-date with market trends, competitor analysis, and industry best practices

What we're looking for

A minimum of 1 years of experience in sales or marketing . Fresh graduates or those without experience are encouraged to apply Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients Excellent negotiation and closing skills Familiarity with property market trends in the Johor Bahru area A driven and proactive mindset with a results-oriented approach Fluency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
