Job Description

Responsibilities:

Work closely with the manager or assigned staff member, and complete all allocated tasks. Conduct desktop research, gather information through surveys, or speak with clients and staff to support sales initiatives. Attend and participate in meetings, workshops, events, and exhibitions. Liaise with clients, vendors, and suppliers on behalf of the company's managers. Update documents, sales records, and databases. Review sales performance against sales targets. Observe and carry out the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals. Identify potential weaknesses and offer improvement suggestions. Assist managers with negotiations and client communications. Create and manage

content for social media

platforms to support marketing and sales efforts. Assist in developing

advertising materials and marketing communication

campaigns. Work on

real ads and customer-facing content

to enhance brand visibility. Support basic

editing and design tasks

(e.g., social media visuals, promotional materials). Keep a log of everything learned and deliver presentations to staff and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in

Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Business

is preferred. Strong interest or background in

advertising and marketing communication.

Ability to create engaging

social media content

and assist with digital marketing campaigns. Basic

editing and design skills

(e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools). Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Ability to cope with rejection and remain calm in fast-paced environments. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A professional and positive attitude.
