Job Details

Position: Marketing & Sales Manager
Salary: RM3,100 - RM5,800
Working Days: Tuesday - Sunday (Monday Rest Day)
Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Location: No. 17, Jalan 4/1A, Seksyen 4, 43650 Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing & Sales Executive to join our client's expanding F&B team in Bandar Baru Bangi.
This role involves developing effective marketing strategies, promoting restaurant brands, and driving sales growth through both online and offline initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1) Develop monthly and annual marketing and sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
2) Plan and execute restaurant promotional campaigns (seasonal promotions, buffets, family packages, lucky draws, etc.).
3) Prepare marketing materials (posters, banners, flyers, digital ads) and manage the company's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
4) Create copywriting and creative content (images, videos, reels), manage paid advertisements (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads), and act as live host on social media platforms.
5) Maintain brand consistency and manage customer engagement (CRM, WhatsApp, email marketing).
6) Source for new customers, follow up with prospects, close sales, and prepare quotations or proposals.
7) Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase repeat orders.
8) Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports on marketing and sales results.
9) Work closely with the Chef and Operation Manager to promote new menus and products.
10) Support the operations team in implementing upselling and cross-selling strategies.

Requirements

1) Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.
2) 2-5 years of working experience in marketing, sales, or the F&B industry.
3) Candidates will be required to complete a task during the second interview session.
4) Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
