Plan, develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
Manage social media content (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) including posting, responding to enquiries and tracking engagement.
Assist in creating promotional materials such as posters, brochures and digital ads.
Conduct market research to identify customer preference, competitors and new opportunities.
Coordinate and participate in promotional events, community engagements and clinic activities.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly marketing reports.
Sales
Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp and social media.
Provide product/service information clearly and professionally to potential clients.
Convert leads into successful sales while ensuring excellent customer service.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Follow up with customers for reminders and post-service feedback.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma or related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing tools.
Sales-driven, proactive and able to work independently.
Experience in healthcare, dental or service industry is an added advantage.
Able to work on weekends or extended hours when needed.
