Plan, create, and run hospital-wide marketing campaigns to attract new customers and increase revenue.
Ensure all campaigns follow hospital guidelines and brand standards.
Coordinate and supervise work with internal teams (doctors, medical enquiry, graphics, etc.) and external partners.
Lead communication efforts within internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Organize and manage related marketing events (e.g., conferences, community programs, health screenings).
Monitor campaign performance, analyze results (lead generation, ROI), and suggest improvements.
Provide regular reports on campaign outcomes and key insights.
Stay updated on healthcare marketing trends.
Perform other duties as needed.
Differences by Role:
Oncology-Focused:
Focus on oncology-related campaigns and events, such as cancer awareness programs, educational forums, and community outreach.
Non-Oncology:
Focus on medical and surgical services campaigns and events like health screenings and general medical outreach.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
