Conceptualize, plan and execute campaigns and promotions with the objective to gain new customers and increase hospital revenue.
Ensure campaign implementation follow hospital guidelines.
Brief and oversee the work of internal and external parties, such as doctors, medical enquiry department, graphic department and other relevant stakeholder.
Ensure that the organisation's brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels.
Monitor, measure and optimize campaigns performances.
Deliver regular reports of campaign results such as lead generation, ROI and key learnings.
Keep abreast of current trends in healthcare marketing.
Ad hoc duties as assigned.
