We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our growing APAC growth team. The ideal candidate will have experience in user acquisition, campaign planning, and branding, with a proven track record of success in executing marketing strategies that drive growth and engagement.



Responsibilities

    • Develop and oversee a comprehensive marketing calendar to guarantee consistent and timely communication with our user base. This includes planning, scheduling, and executing various marketing initiatives, such as email campaigns, social media posts, ads, and other relevant activities, to maintain a regular presence and engage with our user base to drive conversion and engagement
    • Source and collaborate with designers, content creators and KOLs to conceptualize and produce impactful content for various channels such as email, social media, and advertising
    • Consistently plan and test creatives on paid ads, eDMs and landing pages to achieve best results and efficiency
    • Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to inform future strategies and optimize ROI
    • Plan and execute branding initiatives to build and maintain a strong brand presence and reputation


Qualifications

    • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
    • At least 3 years of experience in a marketing role, with a focus on user acquisition or campaign planning
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing and advertising, including digital advertising and email marketing
    • Strong understanding of user behavior in APAC markets is preferred
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform marketing decisions
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent analytical skills - ability to untangle complex problems by diving deep into data in a methodical manner
    • Excellent writing skills to construct compelling business cases both in-person and in-writing
    • No ego. Strong focus on doing what is right for the customer and the company
