How you will do it:

• Hands on in assigned countries\xe2\x80\x99 marketing operation, oversee all marketing activities, take metrics and write performance reports.
• Leading & implementing marketing strategy, plans, campaigns and monitor its\xe2\x80\x99 performance.
• Coordinating promotional activities, events, and PR/ interviews.
• Creating and posting blog posts and articles on the company\xe2\x80\x99s website and social media pages.
• Managing Social Media Campaigns.
• Maintaining websites and tracking data analytics.
• Collaborating with in-house or external agencies to create marketing materials.
• Assist in writing and proofreading creative, marketing and PR copies.
• Monitoring marketing budgets.
• Study company products and analyze market trends to position products.
• Develop product messaging that sets new products apart from others in the market to give them a unique selling point.
• Plan and participate in the launch of new poducts which involve several different departments.
• Liaise with internal and external teams to ensure that tasks are completed, and programs are delivered on times as per KPI Set.

• 1-year contract period and potential to be renewed and converted.
• Min 2 years as in marketing or related function
• Background in HVAC / Consumer Electronics or similar will be advantage
• Hands on experience with marketing software and tools (eg: Social Media Platform, Google Analytics, Data Studio, Hootsuite)
• Outstanding writing, communication, and presentation skills
• Strong proofreading and copywriting abilities
• A hands-on attitude and can-do nature
• Graphic design knowledge of photoshop/ AI/ IDD is an advantage
• Fluent level of English, Mandarin and Cantonese (HK Market) is a MUST
• BSc/BA in Marketing, Communications related engineering or similar field
