Bachelor\'s degree or above in Marketing, Advertising, Media, or related fields.
Minimum of 2 year of relevant experience in marketing or brand promotion, with a preference for candidates with social media management experience, familiarity with media platform.
Fluent in English and Malay, both speaking &writing is a must.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Creative thinking, possess innovative marketing thinking and strong local insight.
Self motivated individual, plus great communication skill, experience working in a international company is a plus
Experience with running Facebook ads is a plus.
Mandarin speaker would be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
Brand\'s Social Media Management (Facebook& Instagram), including contents development and planning, caption writing & post release, community engagement
Marketing Creativity: Understand local market needs and competition status, actively participate in market research, propose innovative marketing ideas and strategies to drive continuous growth of the brand.
Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) in terms of branding and marketing initiatives. Develop partnerships and leverage KOL relationships to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
Media Buy, Develop and implement local media placement plans, both online and offline, including advertising placements and promotional campaigns, to boost brand visibility and market share. Especially Facebook CPAS ads.
Membership Community Maintenance and Growth, comes up with membership activity &recruitment plan.
