Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop Malaysia marketing and communication plans, including digital initiatives, supporting the overall Malaysia growth strategy.
• Pursue new, innovative go-to market strategies supporting marketing of existing and new products or services.
• Implement area marketing strategy - including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR ensuring that the marketing objectives are achieved.
• Develop a comprehensive sponsorship strategy for Malaysia.
• Partner with sales and business units to develop and execute distribution marketing roadmap for Malaysia, in alignment with SEA/ AP with focus on enhancing digital marketing and brand visibility, including web presence on distributor websites and social media platforms.
• Manage and plan industry-related trade shows and events and provide post-event reporting.
• Strengthen the digital presence of Schaeffler brand via all available media - including social and web-based applications (e.g. e-commerce, mobile app).
• Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment, market development and consumer trends.
• Develop, execute and measure success / ROI of brand and product-specific campaigns that strengthen brand recognition and increase sales!
• Manage external vendors to optimize marketing materials and services.
• Work closely with sales team and external marketing agencies to translate \xe2\x80\x9cVoice of Customer\xe2\x80\x9d into relevant marketing initiatives and collaterals.
• Maintain customer co-op fund budget, monitor account activity and propose new ways of increasing brand visibility within customer programs.
• Work with Schaeffler customers to actively promote Schaeffler branded tools and support via customers\' marketing channels.
• Work with Sales and Business Development on the development and execution of marketing, advertising and promotional strategies.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field with a minimum of 5 years of marketing experience in an MNC.
• Interest in B2B environments; B2C marketing experience beneficial.
• Digital marketing proficiency to enhance customer engagement and lead generation.
• Self-motivated, creative, with a keenness to explore new ideas.
• Skilled in creating digital, print, and marketing materials.
• Experience in organizing trade fairs, symposiums, and marketing events.
• Ability to analyze market trends, competitor dynamics, and conduct market research.
• Previous work with marketing agencies preferred.
• Negotiation skills with vendors for cost-effective project solutions.
• Proven track record in launching products and marketing campaigns.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Familiarity with SAP and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Capable of managing tight deadlines and working collaboratively.
• Team player with a willingness to travel.
