We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team!

Here are the responsibilities:

Lead brainstorming sessions to generate creative campaign ideas and innovative marketing approaches. Set measurable objectives and track performance for all marketing activities. Supervise and guide the marketing team, including content creators, designers, and ads specialist. Generate creative concepts for campaigns, advertisements, and brand initiatives. Manage subscriber lists, segmentation, and email automation. Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns for training programs and internal events. Monitor audience engagement and optimize posting strategies. Create a persuasive copywriting for emails, Telegram posts, and campaign materials. Work with the marketing team to create clear, engaging, and brand-consistent messaging. Collect and interpret data from digital campaigns (email, social media, Telegram, etc.). Provide recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness based on data.

Desired skills & requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum

3-5 years of experience

in marketing, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead role. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and campaign analytics. Basic understanding of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, email platforms, analytics tools, social media platforms). Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Highly creative with the ability to think strategically and execute effectivelyAnalytical mindset with attention to detail. Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
