IronFX is a leading global online broker specializing in Forex, CFDs, Commodities and Spot Metals since 2010. We are seeking to our next talent to fill the role of Marketing Specialist.Our new team member will be working with diverse and exciting tasks entirely focused on copywriting, social media management and online campaigns.:

• In liaison with and under the supervision of the regional team and HQ, assist with the planning, implementation and monitoring of online and offline presence in the market
• Build and execute social media strategies under the supervision of the field's managers
• Assist with the content creation, translation and uploading of all publications on the market's dedicated social media pages
• Reply to comments and replies on the market's dedicated social media pages
• In charge of Quality Assurance across all marketing content produced in the respective language, including website, landing pages, emails, social channels, online banners
• Conduct in-depth and regular research to understand the market, and trends related to FX trading and come with ideas that can improve our presence and production locally
• Liaise with internal and external teams to get the necessary translations for any company project
• Work with the internal marketing teams to make sure the content produced meets the standards for the goals set
• Support any ad hoc administrative/operational duties within marketing department

Person Specification:

• University Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a relevant field
• Malaysian Chinese or Malay speaking language is essential
• Excellent knowledge of English is required
• Previous experience within the Financial Investment or Gaming industry on a similar role is necessary
• We consider FX industry experience as an advantage
• Minimum 1-2 years proven working experience in a Marketing and/or Social Media role
• Previous experience in management translations in Malay or Malaysian Chinese is a plus
• Great attention to detail and ability to identify potential risks
• Ability to work under strict deadlines and within a dynamic environment
