Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content planning and creation, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving brand growth through engaging and relevant content. This role will involve developing and managing content for various marketing channels to promote our company and its services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation and Planning

- Develop and execute content strategies for digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email newsletters.

- Create engaging and relevant content for promotional materials, press releases, and company news.

- Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality visual content.

2. Campaign Management

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, focusing on content that drives brand awareness and engagement.

- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.

3. Social Media Management

- Develop and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

- Create and schedule posts, respond to followers, and monitor social media metrics.

4. Email Marketing

- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including designing templates, segmenting audiences, and analyzing performance metrics.

- Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and regulations.

5. Collaboration and Coordination

- Work closely with the design and IT teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed.

Qualifications

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese (Mandarin).

2. 2+ years of experience in content planning, digital marketing, or a related role.

3. Strong understanding of content marketing trends and best practices.

4. Highly analytical with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

5. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and design software (Photoshop, Illustrator) is advantageous.

7. Knowledge of SEO is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
