Job Responsibility Develop, plan, and implement customer acquisition strategies and marketing initiatives to drive leads and website traffic, improve engagement and increase brand awareness. Ensure brand identity and messaging remain consistent and align with the company values. Oversee social media accounts and advertisements on various platforms. Monitor and analyze the performance of the marketing campaigns, providing insight and recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with the content creator team to create compelling and engaging content for social media platforms and the website. Collaborate with marketing agencies and social media influencers. Constantly working with sales and warehouse departments to improve customer satisfaction and buying experience. Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time. Job Requirements Required language(s): Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience experience in retail, e-commerce, or the advertising industry is preferred. Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field. Proficient in social media content generation including but not limited to mobile phone editing skills and campaign management. Strong analytical skills to measure the success of marketing efforts. Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with tools such as Facebook Business Manager, Ads Manager, email marketing, SEO and Google Analytics is a valuable advantage. Demonstrate resourcefulness and creativity in identifying and implementing innovative marketing strategies. Prior experience in social media influencers and business-to-business (B2B) collaborations.
