Position: Marketing SpecialistCompany: MNCWorking Duration: 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY (Renewable based on performance)Working Address: Oasis Square, No. 2, Jalan PJU 1A/7A, Ara Damansara, 47301 Petaling Jaya, Selangor (Hybrid)Working Days/Hours: Monday - Friday: 0800AM to 1700PMSalary: Basic range from RM2,800 - RM5,000 (Based on experience + skills) with statutory contribution + leave entitlement + medical coverage:

• Assist administratively in the over-all implementation of product marketing programs as per approved marketing strategies and tactics.
• Sourcing support - from vendor accreditation, to shopping cart creation to delivery to ordering parties to invoice submission to PO closure to proof of delivery (not including A&P management)
• Coordination with agencies to cascade and implement marketing programs
• Consolidation of post-program results
• Consolidate and help develop (administratively) marketing assets for consumption in e-commerce
• Assist in administrative work (initiating desk order, SMCT, MICAW, NPA, PPR) during SKU regionalization transition
• Assist in implementation of social media activities (pre and post media plan review)
• Downloading AMC assets and forward to agency
• Assist in administrative work (initiating desk order, SMCT, MICAW) during SKU regionalization transition
• Assist in storage room upkeep & inventory of samples/products stored at CTC
• Processing of MICAW for new product introduction and phase-in/phase-out (note: NPA is under the PMs)
• Downloading assets from region for cascade to channel sales/ecom team
• Draft trade letter for distribution to channel partners
• Involvement in post campaign activities

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma with experiences in marketing /Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field; fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, and graphic design tools such as Canva/Adobe Photoshop
• Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns, digital marketing, content creation, or social media marketing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills & interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing campaigns.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
• Ability to adapt to fast-changing environments and prioritize tasks accordingly.
