Marketing Specialist
Job Description
Job Responsibility Identify new business development opportunities and potential territories for brands and market expansion. Reviews of marketing opportunities and goal markets, intellect gathering on the customers and the competitors, making leads for feasible sales. Organize marketing activities, such as promotional events and launching events. Build company profile and product s brand image including packaging development in the market through sustained campaigns. Responsible for proposing an overall budget, delivering revenue forecasts and controls cost to achieve target results. Develop working relationship (tie-up) for advertisement and promotion campaign with other organizations. Job Requirements Diploma holder or above in Business, Marketing or equivalent qualify. Experience in sales/market development preferably in beauty salon/ related field Outgoing, strong-motivated, self-disciplined and very independent Good interpersonal and communication skills Must be conversant in Mandarin / English Must possess own transport and willing to travel Job Benifits EPF, Socso Contributions 5 days working per week Monthly Sales commission + Yearly Increment + Yearly Increment
