Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and paid advertising. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with advertising platforms (Carousell, Facebook Marketplace, Google Ads, TikTok, Instagram). Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and translate findings into actionable marketing strategies. Creative mindset with strong visual sense for content creation (photo, video, and live streaming). Excellent leadership, team management, and project coordination skills. Strong communication, presentation, and organizational abilities. Highly self-driven with the ability to work independently, under minimal supervision, and deliver results within deadlines.
Responsibility

Lead, oversee, and approve overall marketing planning and execution to ensure alignment with company objectives. Manage, schedule, and coordinate team activities to achieve marketing KPIs and company targets. Plan, monitor, and recommend budget allocation for all paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Instagram Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI. Supervise and drive social media growth, online brand presence, and advertisement performance across multiple platforms. Manage and optimize sales/advertising accounts across all platforms to ensure effective product listing and promotion. Organize and conduct high-quality product photoshoots for marketing purposes. Collect, analyze, and summarize customer sales behavior to support targeted marketing strategies. Track, evaluate, and coach team performance (KPI tracking & reporting). Analyze and report performance of TikTok LIVE, video content, and other digital marketing initiatives. Prepare, review, and submit comprehensive weekly and monthly progress reports to management.
