• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and paid advertising.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with advertising platforms (Facebook Marketplace, Google Ads, TikTok, Instagram).
• Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and translate findings into actionable marketing strategies.
• Creative mindset with strong visual sense for content creation (photo, video, and live streaming).
• Excellent leadership, team management, and project coordination skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational abilities.
• Highly self-driven with the ability to work independently, under minimal supervision, and deliver results within deadlines.

• Lead, oversee, and approve overall marketing planning and execution to ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Manage, schedule, and coordinate team activities to achieve marketing KPIs and company targets.
• Plan, monitor, and recommend budget allocation for all paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Instagram Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI.
• Supervise and drive social media growth, online brand presence, and advertisement performance across multiple platforms.
• Manage and optimize sales/advertising accounts across all platforms to ensure effective product listing and promotion.
• Organize and conduct high-quality product photoshoots for marketing purposes.
• Collect, analyze, and summarize customer sales behavior to support targeted marketing strategies.
• Track, evaluate, and coach team performance (KPI tracking & reporting).
• Analyze and report performance of TikTok LIVE, video content, and other digital marketing initiatives.
• Prepare, review, and submit comprehensive weekly and monthly progress reports to management.
