Job Summary
Provide support in relation to activities to ensure the business areas have accurate data on which to monitor and improve sales performance, meet compliance, governance requirements and support the activities development and operation of wider projects and business as usual activity to ensure the wider sales function is operating effectively and efficiently.
Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities
Support, manage, develop, implement and deliver the plan via key strategies to aid the overall success of the business.
Resolve complex queries-errors and ensure problems are resolved quickly and efficiently.
Analysis of business performance and results in sales and comparison of results with defined outcomes.
Coordinate, plan and implement measures as well as assisting in projects.
Support the implementation of sales initiatives, networks, events and systems, execute the liaison between the field and internal areas on customers issues and maintaining management data in systems.
Support specific and more complex customer management activities.
Prepare customer reports and other information for key meetings.
Investigate research-analysis around potential business development opportunities.
Carry out tasks, such as the preparation of customer reports, to support the implementation of projects to time and quality standards.
Work with Sales and Distribution teams to ensure effective on-going sales performance.
