Marketing Trainee

to join our growing team. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, market analysis, and campaign execution within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. You will play an important role in supporting the company's marketing initiatives and regional growth strategies across multiple markets.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Marketing Trainee at Spolith Sdn. Bhd., you will be actively involved in marketing strategy, digital campaign execution, and market analysis to drive user growth and brand awareness across different regions.

1. Market & Marketing Analysis

Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor marketing strategies to identify growth opportunities Conduct regional market research across different countries and customer segments Support data collection, reporting, and analysis to guide marketing strategies and decisions Provide insights on user acquisition, engagement, and retention performance

2. Digital & Online Marketing Execution

Plan, execute, and manage online marketing campaigns across various digital channels Design campaign mechanics, promotional offers, and incentive structures to drive user acquisition and retention Monitor campaign performance and track key metrics such as conversion rate, engagement, and ROI Continuously optimize marketing campaigns based on data insights and performance results

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with product, operations, and business teams to align marketing initiatives with product goals Support product launches, promotional activities, and user feedback collection Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of marketing plans
Throughout the role, you will work on real marketing projects, receive mentorship from experienced team members, and build practical skills to support your long-term career growth within the company.

Strong interest in marketing, digital marketing, and online business Good logical thinking skills with basic data analysis capabilities Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a dynamic environment Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced tech environment

Proficiency in Mandarin is required
