Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Comm or related field.
Fresh grads are welcome; experience in retail, marketing, or project coordination is a plus.

Strong coordination skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Creative, organized and detail-oriented.
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks at once.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning & executing marketing campaigns across social media, e-commerce & retail.
Coordinate marketing projects from concept to execution (shooting, content creation, campaigns, events).
Work closely with designers, content creators, and marketing team to ensure smooth project delivery.
Manage timelines, briefs, and project schedules to ensure campaigns run on time.
Track campaign performance & prepare reports to improve marketing results.
Support product launches, influencer collaborations, and brand activation activities.
