We are hiring for MarTech & Automation Lead/Manager to expand and enhance our marketing technologies & digital marketing excellence, especially in B2B Marketing Automation, ROI/Performance Analytics areas. This position is responsible for the development and implementation of marketing automation and digital asset management. As a key position in the Global Marketing team, this role involves strong alliance with our key sales channels such as US, Europe, APAC and Middle East countries. With this work nature, you will be working with teams based in different countries globally.

How you will do it:

B2B Marketing ROI: Performance Analytics

Analyzing B2B marketing campaign results with MarTech tools such as Pardot, Salesforce CRM, CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM), and MS Power BI and make continuous improvements.

Measure ROI of B2B digital marketing activities, connecting CRM sales data with marketing activities data in marketing automation tools.

B2B Demand Generation with Marketing Automation tool

Planning and managing lead generation/demand creation campaigns, partnering with international sales and marketing teams across the globe.

Creating Emails, Landing pages and Automations to help demand generation campaigns (either hands-on or with vendor support).

Drive online demand generation campaigns using marketing automation technologies to generate leads through web forms throughout worldwide websites.

Digital Asset Management for Product Marketing

Managing the operation and enhancement of global DAM platform to centrally store/collect digital resources such as product images, catalogs, manuals and various media files.

Product Information/Marketing Management

Managing the operation and integration of global PIM tool (inRiver) to synchronize DAM with multiple websites for publishing data dynamically.

MarTech tool management, deployment and enhancement

Roll out MarTech tools to international sales/marketing teams and train them to get familiar in delivering demand generation campaigns and measure performance.

Follow the latest MarTech/digital marketing trends and explore new tools for adoption/global rollout.

Establish best practice processes for data-driven marketing.

Vendor management

Manage multiple vendor relationships to ensure quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness of deliverables.

What we look for:

5-10 years of experience in digital marketing activities, especially in the areas of marketing automation, B2B demand generation and performance analytics. Experience in Pardot, Salesforce CRM, Tableau CRM, Power BI, inRiver is preferred.

Familiar with B2B marketing tools/solutions and B2B customer journey and behavior tracking.

Attention to details required for quality assurance of deliverables such as emails, landing pages and automations.

Able to meet tight schedules/deadlines while running multiple projects.

Fluency in English and strong communication skills.

Must provide examples of websites, emails and other marketing materials the candidate has personally created /managed.

Proficiency in basic website development skills such as HTML, CSS, image editing (Photoshop/Illustrator) and video editing (Premiere Pro/After Effects) is a plus.

Sales/marketing in HVAC, air conditioning or similar industry experience/knowledge is a plus.
