Position: Master Data Analyst
Salary: up to RM 9,500 + Statutory Contribution + Insured Medical Coverage
Location: Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur
Working time/Type: 8.30am - 5.30pmKey Accountabilities

• Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of addition, change and de-activation of material master data records in accordance with SLAs.
• Ensure data input is consistent with the data standards and meets the required levels of completeness
• Execute data assessments and conduct reconciliations to uphold data integrity, ensuring completeness, consistency and accuracy.
• Provide analysis and feedback on any identified discrepancies, aiming to enhance existing processes for efficiencies, and quality as well as build robust control and compliance measures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data discrepancies and issues.
• Assist in data enrichment initiatives as well as contribute to continuous improvement and transformation projects.
• Develop and update process documents to ensure rigor in process documentation are in place to reflect any operational changes.

Essential Education & Experience

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Management, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum of 3 - 6 years of experience managing a client-service oriented function with experience in Procurement / Supply chain or Finance field experience
• Sound experience in JDE & Salesforce
• Previous experience in data structures or data management/administration.
• Experience working cross-culturally and in an international environment.
• Ability to communicate and influence across different levels in the organization.
• Engaging and collaborative way of working.
• Resilient and experienced in working in multi-faceted environment.
• Shared service center experience.
• Possessing Malaysian citizenship to handle & understand local process.
